Who are you?

This is the first of the questions, and as such it will be answered first. This question has no answer that really fits; it is, perhaps, the search for an answer that matters. We are all more then the sum of our parts, or in this case labels. I will answer this question about myself in two ways. First I will list all the labels that others call me, and then I will tell you who I think I am.

What others call me.

According to others, the following is what I am:
a student, a racist, fat, balding, an aide, a man, straight, white, average height, anti-social, non-conformist, different, weird, strange, safe, Robert Timothy Ray, Boy Scout, Eagle Scout, lazy, boring, single.

What I call myself

I am Simkus V'bah, a kind and caring human. I am socially abstinent (meaning not straight, not gay). I am just off the beaten path to enjoy life, but close enough to get back if I need to. I am a non-smoker and a non-drinker. I try to take care of myself, but that is hard to do. I practice my own religious beliefs and am proud that I can think for myself. I am told that I am a very social person, but I must disagree with that. A social person would not be alone all the time. I still maintain that I am someone who can move around people when I have to but still spend most of my time alone.

I will add more to both of these as I think about this more.
